Genencor Hanko, HAN0042

A global enzyme producer IFF Genecor invested in a new fermentation line in Hanko, Finland in 2021. As a long-term partner we delivered equipment installation and process piping with insulation for the expansion as an all-in contract. The scope of supply included installation of a new fermentor and all related equipment and piping. Process piping was used to produce dairy products that lead to strict purity requirements of pipelines. Piping was prefabricated at our workshop in Uusikaupunki. Site installation was done in 10 months and the customer started productions on time in December 2021. Manpower peak was greater than 20 persons at site.
